With reference to the correspondence on the subject of a site for a High Power Wireless Telegraphy Station at Hongkong ending with my letter No. 1116/1910 of the 24th. Septem- -ber, I have the honour to enclose a copy of a report by the Committee appointed to select a site.

I should be glad to learn Your Excellency's views as to site 'lo. 3 and whether in your opinion the disadvantage referred to by the Committee is of sufficient importance to render the site unfit for the purpose for which it is intended.
